Our house hasn't sold yet to my dismay and I was at a loss. I told my realtor the only thing I haven't done was to bury the St. Joseph statue. She promptly purchased one for me. So the girls and I read the instructions and buried him upside down in front of the for sale sign and made our wish (I wished for a jacuzzi tub, pantry, mudroom and much more. Lily wished for a rockstar room with bunk beds). Time will tell. Lily was wondering why St. Joseph would want to sleep upside down in the mud, but alas. If nothing else, I think Charlotte makes a pretty good marketer...if anyone was driving by, they just might be calling Barb now!
