School Starts

Friends,

Our summer ended fast!

School started so early this year!

 

Lily started middle school!!!

 

We went in early to decorate her locker,

and get started on learning her locker combination.

 

 

She also took a Survival Skills class this summer,

so on Day 1, she was ready to go.

 

She had gone to the mall with a friend,

and bought her very own first day outfit.

Little Sister followed her lead.

 

I took their cue,

and was like...

fly little birdies!

 

No mixed emotions or tears from me this year.

I'm as shocked as you!

 

 To celebrate our first week,

we took the kids to Great America.

 

The lines were short

and when secretly Charlotte stood

on her tippy toes

she could ride all the big coasters with us.

 

This made for the best time

 at Great America ever!
