Friends,
We rang in the New Year,
the opposite of our party last year.
We were home alone.
With pounds of crab legs.
And sips of champagne.
A much better choice.
New Year's Day,
was a lovely day at home.
The only difference
about the holiday,
was that Lil's shop was closed.
It was nice that D, Lily and me,
were all not working,
and could play with Charlotte instead.
