Happy First Birthday Rocky!

Friends,

Rocky turned 1 year old!

 

We threw him a last minute party!

 

 It was a beautiful day and we just got our patio furniture out,

so we decided to host an open house.

14 kids, 4 dogs, and a slew of parents showed up!

Rocky was happy his best friend,

Bernie could attend.

 

They walk together almost every day,

and are the same age.

Lola, is another good friend,

and even better role model.

 Prior to the party,

we introduced Rocky to my new friend,

 Missy's dog, Max,

and took him to the dog park for the first time.

He fit right in with the wolves!

 Our impromptu potluck worked out.

Not enough food tho...

 The night ended with my neighbor

boy scouts building us a fire in my fire pit.

 And for the first time in my whole life,

I had a baby that fell asleep in my arms,

right around the fire!

 

 

I always wanted this!
