Lily and I had a celebrity day out! It stared with our first class train ride to Chicago! Then off to exotic cuisine at The Walnut Room (including "Worms in Mud" dessert). Next on the agenda... shopping the latest fashions at Macy's (and Lily enjoyed hobknobbing with the "models").
The grand finale was taking in the Dora The Explorer show at the Chicago Theater, in seats so close they were fit for the famous!
We had the grandest time together. It really did feel like a celebrity day! And her, my celebrity BFF (naturally getting attention and special treatment everywhere we went due to her enthusiastic, friendly demeanor and too die for curls).
Thanks to Dad and Charlotte for staying home together while we enjoyed the ladies grown up luncheon and show!
