Charlotte's Big Debut

Hi Friends!

Charlotte had her first performance last weekend.  Her preschool class kicked off our

Park District's Santa's Open House

with a song presentation.

So I dressed up the girls.

Darin even put on his red "date" sweater.

Aren't they precious?



 

See that Sprite bottle next to the tree? 

It is our watering can.

Lily has taken responsibility for watering our tree.

Lucky for Darin, because

 she fits nicely underneath.

 

 Charlotte looked adorable, naturally.

 And to my surprise and delight she stood next to the loudest performer, and therefore was the second loudest performer in her class.

She really rocked the Reindeer Hokey Pokey,

she was the best at the shake it all about part!

And then...get ready for this...

 she sat on Santa's lap.

 Lily is still too scared to sit on his lap,

so Charlotte put in both wish lists and affirmed they have been good.

"even Lily has been good."

and you can see the astonishment on Santa's face!

 What a delight to see my Little

coming into her own! 

Taking the world by sleigh bell.

It goes without saying,

but I have gush...I LOVE HER!
