We enjoyed a family camping weekend with the Clarks. I am reminded of this favorite quote of mine as Friday night we gossiped, Saturday we talked politics, and by Saturday night we were really getting closer to fixing the problems of the world, or at least US Healthcare reform...
There's nothing like tuning out of the regular and tuning in to the elements of nature. Add the joys of spontaneous play, delicious food over an open flame, and a few cocktails and you've got yourself a most perfect weekend away.
